Call to Order – Chairman called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Voting Method – It was unanimous among the electors to vote by hand. Motion by Laeseke second by Maly.
Approve 2023 Annual Meeting Minutes– There was a motion to approve the meeting minutes from the April 16, 2024 annual meeting. Motion by Richard Kientopf/Jan Harris seconded. Motion passed.
2023 Clerk’s Financial Report– Everyone took time to look over the 2024 financial report. A summary on the budget for 2023 and where we are so far for 2024 in the budget was provided. Richard Kientopf moved to approve with Scott
Huffman as a second. All aye carried.
New Business
A. Set Monthly meeting schedule May 2024 – April 2025. Second Thursday of every month at 7:00 pm. Motion by Kientopf to approve the meeting schedule as is with a second by Maly.
B. Board wages- The board hasn’t received a wage increase in a number of terms. Discussion on increase for board wages. Laeseke mentioned she completes the election entry now which is new to her position as of 2 years ago, the County use to complete this. Motion by Maly to increase the wages of the board by 15% and increase Laeseke by 15% and an additional $300 annually for the work the County use to do, second by Rognholt. All aye carried.
