Specific Matters for Discussion:

A. New Business

– Brad Dull Jr. Modular trailer conditional use permit- Dull Jr. didn’t actually want a conditional use permit, but plans to put a manufactured home on a cement slab. Board didn’t think they could put directly on slab and would need to be on a basement, not approving directly on cement slab. Clerk followed-up with zoning and it is okay for them to have a manufactured home on a cement slab without being up in the air nothing board can do.

– Shady bridge update & possible action- Rossing working with Jewell from Spring Green. Motion by Jon to have Jewell fill our LRIP funds to help pay for Shady- including bridge- second by Maly.

– Kinney Lane update with action- Rossing working with landowners and land owners seem okay with returning the road to them so we don’t have to replace the bridge. Laeseke checking on how the road was placed with town to determine how to best return the road.

– EMS – EMS services went up for everyone. Akan’s portion is about $500, contract needs to be signed by Nov 1st for ambulance service. Laeseke looking into service with Blue River.

– Move to close session at the end of the meeting for personnel

B. Old Business

WISLR road ratings – Reminder only

Kientopf resignation & potential appointment- No one has come forward yet

Under specific matters for discussion:

Roads Report – Concern by Maly of roads still needing grading, Rossing doesn’t know if we should grade some. Need to do brush cleanup over winter.

Recycling Report – Upcoming cleanup days October 11 & 18.

Buildings Report – Drain seems to be clogged for toilet at town hall – may need to call pumping service to correct – Kevin couldn’t fix with snake.

Adjourned at 8:13 pm by Kathy Maly and Jon Rossing.
